I help people build wealth and well-being through homeownership
Hey friends, I’m Lindsay! I create home buyer resources, guiding people who dream of owning their own home along their journey so that they feel empowered and prepared for the home buying process. This enables them to purchase a home that not only brings joy, but sets them on a path to growing personal wealth. I also help homeowners transform their first home into an asset that creates value and builds a foundation for designing their dream lifestyle.

I’m a first-time homeowner taking this journey and growing with you. My husband and I bought our first home in May 2020 and increased its value by 68% in just 18 months. By using my own personal design style, honed after living in 10 different rental properties in three major cities, I was able to make design choices that optimized the value of our investment, setting us up for maximum home equity and an opportunity to reinvest and build more wealth.

When I'm not creating home buyer resources, tools and content people need to start their wealth-building and homeownership journey, I can be found stalking corgis, listening to endless design and true crime podcasts, or planning our next travel adventure with my husband, Kyle.

Whether it’s new recipe or a gut renovation of our home, I’m always excited to challenge myself.
Example: I love making homemade pasta and sushi. It’s easier than you think!
I love caring for others and helping them grow
From people to houseplants, I love the process of growth and seeing small changes every day.
Example: I have 34 houseplants and counting (plants are one of my favorite design elements).
I believe in balance and enjoying the little things
I take time every day to do something I love and that helps me appreciate what I already have.
Example: I’m passionate about gardening and especially love growing cucumbers and tomatoes to share with neighbors and friends.
